13 Celebrities Share What They Did For A Living Prior To Stardom
We all start somewhere, and until you make your big break, you still have to afford to eat.
I think the majority of us don’t consider the fact that celebrities haven’t always been famous. Logically, of course, that’s the case, but it’s basically the default not to think about the fact that famous actors, actresses, and musicians weren’t all born famous.
They all had to start somewhere, and while auditioning and waiting for that big break, they had to make ends meet by other means. Most of our favorite celebs began their careers like everyone else, working in jobs that weren’t part of their end goal.
Some had to sell hot dogs, pizza, or ice cream in various fast-food restaurants or mall food courts, while others worked in offices as telemarketers or secretaries. There were even those who worked their way through school as hospital porters and gas station attendants; heck, one even worked as a mortuary cosmetologist!
Basically, any entry-level job you can think of, one of your favorite celebrities probably started there too. Since we were curious, we decided to find out what some celebrities did for a living while they were waiting to break into stardom.
We collected pre-fame job stories from 13 different celebs for you. Keep scrolling to see what we found!
